Week 0: Enrollment consultation
Every Stubble journey starts with an enrollment consultation. It typically takes 20–30 minutes and covers medical screening, skin typing, device selection, and building your personal plan. If cleared, your first session is usually scheduled within 1–2 weeks.

Months 1–9: The initial series
| Milestone | Roughly when | What's happening |
|---|---|---|
| Session 1 | Month 1 | Baseline treatment. Shedding begins over 1–3 weeks. |
| Session 2 | Month 2.5 | First visible reduction becomes obvious. |
| Session 3 | Month 4 | Density visibly drops. Most patients notice a real change here. |
| Session 4 | Month 5.5 | Regrowth is noticeably finer and slower. |
| Session 5 | Month 7 | Patchy areas begin to fill in as previously dormant follicles get caught. |
| Session 6 | Month 8.5 | Dramatic transformation. Many patients feel 'done' at this point. |
Sessions themselves are quick — an underarm takes under two minutes; a full leg roughly 30. Full context on what happens in the chair lives in How Laser Hair Removal Works.
Months 9–12: Fine-tuning
Sessions 7–10 exist to catch follicles that were dormant during the earlier phase and only cycled into anagen later. These sessions are shorter, more targeted, and the sensation is typically much milder because there's less pigment to absorb.
Year 1 onward: Maintenance
Once your initial series is complete, most patients maintain their results with 1–2 sessions per year. Maintenance handles new follicle activity from hormonal shifts, medications, and aging. The Stubble membership is structured around this — you're not buying a package, you're staying on a schedule.
